These Terms are the entire agreement between you and Chrome It Up Truck Accessories relating to the Site or its Contents. Any other agreements between you and Chrome It Up Truck Accessories are superseded and have no force or effect.
Termination
If Chrome It Up Truck Accessories believes you have failed to comply with these Terms, or for any other or no reason, Chrome It Up Truck Accessories, may deny you access to the Site immediately without notice. The restrictions, including restrictions with respect to the Content, disclaimers and liability limitations in these Terms shall continue to apply. Upon denial of access, you must promptly destroy all Content downloaded or obtained from this Site, as well as all copies of Content.
Exchange Policy:
Your satisfaction is very important to us and thus we insure our products & services with satisfaction guarantees. Prior to purchased items leaving our facilities, they are inspected for damage or missing parts. No purchased items will be shipped with damaged or missing parts. In the event of warranty issues or missing parts, the following steps must be taken to exchange items only, no refunds will be provided:
1. Email us at sales@chrome-it-up.com within 30 days of purchase with a detailed explanation of the reason for the exchange along with the new item/s desired. Once our staff have received your email, the request will be reviewed and a response will be sent back to you with an Exchange Identification Number.
2. Once you have received an email with the Exchange Identification Number, print the received email and include it in with the item being returned. Exchanges will not be processed without the Exchange Identification Number included and product will be returned to our stock without further contact from Chrome It Up Truck Accessories. All exchanges are to be shipped pre-paid by using USPS or Canada Post only. Failing to use the said services will result in item not being accepted. C.O.D's will not be accepted.
3. All exchanged items and packaging must be in original resalable condition with all contents included. Exchanges will not be processed if items are missing, items have been previously installed, and/or packaging has been damaged beyond its resalable condition.
4. If the above conditions have been satisfied, your request for an exchange of item/s will be processed and new item/s will be shipped back to you.

Chrome It Up Truck Accessories accepts Canadian currency only. Please ensure that you verify before completing your transaction.
